Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all eyewear purchases. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return:

  • Unused eyewear in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and protective cases
  • Products with all original accessories (cleaning cloths, documentation)
  • Items without prescription lenses (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Prescription eyewear (unless defective or incorrect prescription)
  • Damaged items due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Customized or personalized eyewear
  • Items without original packaging or in unsaleable condition

Quality Guarantee

All Karina Gentle Monster eyewear comes with our quality guarantee. If you receive a defective product or if there's a manufacturing defect, we'll provide a full refund or replacement regardless of the return window.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid return label we provide (for eligible returns within the US)
  5. Track Your Return: We'll email you confirmation once we receive and process your return

Refund Process

Processing Time:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Refund Methods:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: We provide free return shipping labels for defective items, wrong items shipped, or our errors.

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to change of mind, fit issues, or style preferences, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order value exceeds $150.

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Fast Exchange Option: To speed up the process, you can place a new order before returning the original item. Once we process your return, we'll refund the returned item.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Returns must be declared with accurate values to avoid delays. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for international returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the damaged item unless requested

Prescription Eyewear Returns

Prescription eyewear can only be returned if:

  • The lenses were made incorrectly according to your prescription
  • There's a manufacturing defect in the frames or lenses
  • The wrong item was shipped

Returns must be accompanied by the original prescription and order details.
